How I help buyers

I will help you buy your home with a strategic plan. Because I have helped people buy houses for so long, I know considerations that need to be processed. In most cases, I can find bigger homes for people for lesser costs because they weren't aware of what was available.

Tip #1

Get lender referrals

Don't Google lenders; instead, get a respected realtor to refer a lender. A realtor will already know and work with trusted lenders.

Tip #2

Get pre-approved

Get pre-approval letters from at least two different lenders. Once you have all your documents together it doesn't take long to get a second opinion.

Tip #3

Rent month-to-month

If renting, talk to a leasing agent about month-to-month rent while looking for your house. Don’t rush finding a house too quickly by creating move-out deadlines.
